  • 7 lbs American 2-row

    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 2 lbs Munich TYPE I; Weyermann®

    Munich TYPE I; Weyermann®

    German-grown two-row spring barley (2004 harvest). Product Characteristics: Imparts strongly malty notes to finished beer. Intended mainly for dark ales and lagers. Notes

Corn is actually cracked corn from pet store, cereal mash process. Also added amylase enzyme to enhance conversion. Mash efficiency adjusted down to match actual OG, usually I calculate at 65% for all-grain batches.
