As of 11-8-10 this beer is being bottled. I have sampled the beer and it tastes promising. I will update in 3 weeks when carbonation is complete.
Beer Tasting Notes

This beer is a touch darker than what I was aiming for. It is also a lot smoother with carmel notes and very little hops character. I was worried about dry hopping the beer but next time I will definately dry hop. I would cut the Crystal malt down to .2 of an ounce to improve the pale color. Overall the beer turned out to be a beautiful amber ale with a very nice taste.
Name Changer

I had to change the name of the beer because of the characteristics of the final product.
