Hallertauer Mittelfrüher - 5.8 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Saaz - 6.8 AA% pellets; boiled 10 min
Saaz
Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

This ale was a hit. It's my girl friend's favorite. We donated most of this batch to our Brew club's picnic last fall and it disappeared. That's in Dunkirk, NY. Nice light ale with a unique flavor from the yeast. Saaz is always a favorite hop too.
