Kriegster's plain ol' beer
Blonde Ale • All Grain • 10 gal
Needed a "light beer" Made with 100% Saphir hops (not select in recipe). Strike temp of mash 66C. This one almost diplicates an infected batch I made earlier this year.

Discussion
Started off slow, but as it has matured a good beer.

Always find the same thing...let 2112 age in the refridge. Nice balanced hop and not to overpowering. Was shooting for a german lager, good clean flavor. Needs more clarifying, but that can only be had with a protein rest. Will be brewing another variant soon. Different hop.
