mash in at 125 F., for 25 minutes. Decoction 12 pints mash/wort with 3 gallons water to 210 F, add back to trub, temp should be around 157 F, let rest 60 min, sparge at 170 with 4 gals, obtained 6 gallon wart for boil, used WLP351 Bavarian Weizen Yeast at 72 F. very nice beer, a maltier/cleaner version of a Hefe.
