Does BeerTools Pro support batch and fly sparging?

Yes. These are available steps for use in mash schedules. Choose Recipe->Add->Fly Sparge or Recipe->Add->Batch Sparge to add a fly sparge or batch sparge respectively. A window opens where parameters can be edited. Clicking OK saves the new sparge step and places it at the end of the current mash schedule.
