I tried to use my forum account activation email. Why does the page say my account does not exist?

Dozens of bogus spam accounts are registered in the forum every day. These accounts are usually set up with fictional email addresses and never get activated. To battle this problem, accounts that have been left inactive for more than 6 hours after registering are deleted. If you did not respond to your forum account activation email within 6 hours, your account may have been deleted. To fix this, create the account again and check for the activation email as soon as you register.
