I used .5 oz corriander at 60 min. .5 oz orange peel at 60 min. .5 oz orange peel at 1 min. I couldnt be happier. Great banana flavor with a touch of orange. I mini-mashed this. Strikingly similar to Weienstephaner Weizzenbier. Make this beer. You will smile.
