  • 7 lbs Belgian Pale

    Belgian Pale

    Fully modified and is easily converted.

  • .5 lbs Weyermann CaraMunich® III; Weyermann

    Weyermann CaraMunich® III; Weyermann

    Provides body. For Oktoberfest, bock, porter, stout, red, amber and brown ales.

  • 1.5 lbs Belgian Aromatic

    Belgian Aromatic

    Imparts a big malt aroma. Use in brown ales, Belgian dubbels and tripels.

  • 3 lbs Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 3 lbs Extra Pale; Morgans

    Extra Pale; Morgans

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • 1.5 lbs Candi Sugar Dark

    Candi Sugar Dark

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

  • .5 oz Nelson Sauvin™ - 11.9 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Nelson Sauvin™

    Early trials with Nelson Sauvin immediately revealed it to be somewhat different in its brewing character than other hop cultivars. This variety imparts certain grape like flavours to the beer; flavours which have yet to be positively identified. To acknowledge this Sauvignon Blanc flavour the variety was named Nelson Sauvin.

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.
