My attenuation on this for me came out @ 65%. This was an ABV of 4.45%

  • .5 lbs Chocolate Malt; Breiss

    Chocolate Malt; Breiss

This beer came out "in style" which is was goal. I had a few "judges" over and did some side by side comparisions and this was perfered over several of the Dubbels in the line up. My attenuation was lower than I expected but was was worth the lost, this was good beer!
