  • .01 kg British Black Patent

    British Black Patent

    Dry, burnt, chalky character. Use in porters, stouts, brown ales and dark lagers.

  • .5 kg Australian Pilsner

    Australian Pilsner

    Well modified, good attenuation.

  • 1.5 kg Extra Pale; Morgans

    Extra Pale; Morgans

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • 1 kg Corn Sugar

    Corn Sugar

    Use in priming beer or in extract recipes where flaked maize would be used in a mash.

  • 0 kg Malto Dextrin

    Malto Dextrin

    Adds body and mouthfeel. For all extract beers. Does not ferment.

  • 30 g Hallertau - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
