  • .5 lbs Melanoidin Malt; Weyermann®

    Melanoidin Malt; Weyermann®

    German-grown two-row spring barley (2004 harvest). Product Characteristics: High degree of modification of both proteins and starches. Excellent friability. Low β- glucan values. Highly acidic. Highly malt-aromatic. Adds deep-amber to red-brown color, maltiness, body, and mouthfeel to finished beer. Promotes flavor stability. this what a had left from a porter and my Oktoberfest its very good rich and dark porter with a hint of Munich malt mix with mid to strong hops pf 7days sf 6 days 62deg temp store cooler then 55 for at lest 2 and 1/2 months add more honey and brown sugar if you want more acl... coffee wow are leftovers good!
