American Oak Cubes soaked 3-weeks in whiskey 1 vanilla bean split down the middle soaked in whiskey 3-weeks Honey was raw wildflower honey from BeeBrothers Apiary in NY Took 1st in NHC NE regional but was beaten by the barleywines. Only negative comments from the judges was that it had to high abv.
