My wife loved Pete Wicked Summer Brew. This was my attempt at a clone. Came out great. You can play with the amount of lemon zest. 1 lemon was a bit to little for our taste, 3 was a bit to much for me, but my wife liked it, though she's a lemon in her Hefeweizen kinda girl. I recommend the zest of 2 medium lemons to start

add speciallty grains to a grain bag. Steep specialty grains for 30 minutes at 150 degrees, remove from steeping liquid soak 2 medium lemons in vodka for 15 minutes, zest add to fermenter
