Ingredients (Partial Mash25 L)

  • 9.0 kg Australian Traditional Ale

    Australian Traditional Ale

    Well modified, full flavour.

  • 1.5 kg Munich Malt

    Munich Malt

    Sweet, toasted flavor and aroma. For Oktoberfests and malty styles

  • 0.500 kg Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 0.200 kg British Dark Crystal

    British Dark Crystal

    Sweet caramel flavor, mouthfeel. For porters, stouts, old ales and any dark ale.

  • 1.0 kg Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 0.500 kg White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

    White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

    Common household table/baking sugar. Lightens flavor and body of beer. Can contribute a cider-like flavor to the beer if not cold-fermented or used in large quantities.

  • 50 g Pride of Ringwood - 9.7 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

  • 50 g Pride of Ringwood - 9.7 AA% pellets; boiled 20 min

    Wyeast 1056 American Ale™

    Used commercially for several classic American ales. This strain ferments dry, finishes soft, smooth and dean, and is very well balanced.

60 min bittering 20 min = cube hopping, Marynka = Rakau + 20min EKG dry hopped 1g/L each of Pride of Ringwood, Rakau, EKG
