  • 4 lbs American 2-row

    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 1 lbs American Victory

    American Victory

    Provides a deep golden to brown color. Use in nut brown ales, IPAs and Scottish ales.

  • .25 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 5 lbs Dry Amber Extract

    Dry Amber Extract

    Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.

  • .5 oz Warrior® - 16.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Warrior®

    New hop with much potential. Very stable.

  • .5 oz Warrior® - 16.0 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

    Warrior®

  • .5 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 1 oz Centennial - 10.0 AA% whole; boiled 1 min

    Aromatic but acceptable for bittering. Medium aroma with floral and citrus tones. Good in medium to dark ales.

  • 1 oz Organic Hallertau - 16.0 AA% whole; added dry to secondary fermenter

    Commonly used for aroma variety.

  • White Labs WLP026 Premium Bitter Ale

    White Labs WLP026 Premium Bitter Ale

    From Staffordshire, England. Fermentation gives a mild, but complex, estery character. Ferments strong and dry. Good for high gravity beers. Best for all English style ales, including bitters, milds, ESBs, porters, stouts, and barley wines.
