  • 0.12 kg American Caramel 60°L

    Mild caramel,nutty flavor, sweet. adds color

  • 0.14 kg Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 4.05 kg Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Reportedly lightest colored malt extract available.

  • 0.93 kg Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 98 g Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Fuggle

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.

Went a little over board on the malt hit gravity at 1.080.Tasted a little sweet I hope the 40g of EKG dry hoping will help to tone it down.
