  • .5 kg Belgian Wheat Malt

    Malted wheat for use in Wheat beers.

  • .05 kg Crystal Malt 120°L

    Crystal Malt 120°L

    Pronounced caramel flavor and a red color. For stouts, porters and black beers.

  • 3 kg Dry Wheat; Muntons

    Dry Wheat; Muntons

    Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 20 g Fuggle - 5.4 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Fuggle

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.

  • 10 g Challenger - 5.1 AA% whole; boiled 30 min

    Challenger

    Popular bittering hop used primarily in British ales and lagers. Mild to moderate aroma, but quite spicy.

  • 10 g Cascade - 7.6 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.
