  • 0.4 kg English Chocolate Malt

    English Chocolate Malt

    Dark malt that gives a rich red or brown color and nutty flavor. Use for: Brown ales, porters, some stouts Maintains some malty flavor, not as dark as roasted malt.

  • 0.9 kg Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 1.5 kg Liquid Dark Extract

    Liquid Dark Extract

    Used predominantly in the production of dark beers such as milds, browns, porters, and stouts.

  • 0.10 kg Dark Brown Sugar

    Dark Brown Sugar

    Imparts rich, sweet flavor. Use in Scottish ales, old ales and holiday beers.

  • 44 g Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.

Super! Merci pour ta recette, mais ou trouves tu les ingrédients? (Je suis du cote de Montreal/Quebec) Je peux commander aux etats....mais c'est cher!
