  • 3.89 lbs American 2-row

    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 1.25 lbs Crystal Malt 20°L

    Crystal Malt 20°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 3.55 lbs Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 0.18 lbs Malto Dextrin

    Malto Dextrin

    Adds body and mouthfeel. For all extract beers. Does not ferment.

  • 0.7 oz Simcoe® - 13.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Simcoe®

    Used for aromatic, and especially bittering properties.

  • 0.52 oz Perle - 8.2 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    Perle

    Used mainly for its minty bittering and good green hop aromas in all non-pilsener lagersand wheats. Aroma is pleasant and slightly spicy

  • 0.52 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% whole; boiled 1 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

bottled on the 15th and im tasting right now the 18th ...im impressed a bit green not much carb but i like it a lot so far.
