transfered to secondary

2009-03-20 2:11pm

I moved this to the secondary after 10 days. I took a little and sampled the taste and holy cow was this high in alcohol. Once it was chilled it really had a hoppy bite but a very high ABV% in this one.

got this in the keg

2009-03-31 10:16am

I put this in the keg about a 5 days ago. Cranked the C02 up to 30psi for 5 days and had the first good pour last night. This beer is amazing!!!! The hops really come through and balance the huge amounts of malt. I will definetly brew this again. This beer would be great to add some christmas spices to make an xmas ale.
