Brewed 2/9/09. Mash at 152. Ferment 62. 2 weeks primary, 4 weeks secondary. Also use .25 lb Special B. Estimated O.G. 1.080

Did not ferment this yeast properly. Would have preferred a more neutral wheat yeast, too.
