Penitent Imperial Stout

Penitent Imperial Stout

Russian Imperial Stout • Extract • 5 gal

nickchango

This was my first attempt using recipe generator. It is sitting on yeast right now and I will update further when I get to crack the first bottle. I am very happy with the way this turned out. There is nice balance but with a rich malt character and notes of chocolate, coffee and roasted malt with a clean finish. Please let me know if you use this recipe and what your results were
