Ingredients (Extract5 gal)

  • .5 lbs American Caramel 80°L

    American Caramel 80°L

    Mild caramel,nutty flavor, sweet. adds color(Red Ale)

  • .25 lbs American Victory

    American Victory

    Provides a deep golden to brown color. Use in nut brown ales, IPAs and Scottish ales.

  • .4 lbs American Munich

    American Munich

    Munich Dunkels. Adds color/nutty flavor. Sometimes called Aromatic.

  • .2 lbs Belgian Biscuit

    Belgian Biscuit

    Warm baked biscuit flavor and aroma. Increases body. Use in Belgian beers.

  • 5.5 lbs Liquid Light Extract

    Liquid Light Extract

    A brewer can create any beer style with this extract when used as a base in conjunction with colored malts and selected hops. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1.5 lbs Liquid Amber Extract

Good Fat Tire Clone

This was my first attempt at homebrewing and it cam out great. I've brewed it 5 more times! It is my house brew, and I've got my neighbors making this brew also!! Enjoy!
