I have not brewed this yet, I am going to later tonight. The name says it all, I am kinda throwing together some ingredients I have laying around. Hope it turns out good.

Ingredients (Extract5 gal)

  • 0.5 lbs Crystal Malt 60°L

    Crystal Malt 60°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

  • 0.50 lbs American Chocolate Malt

    American Chocolate Malt

    Use in all types to adjust color and add nutty, toasted flavor. Chocolate flavor.

  • 0.50 lbs Belgian Special B

    Belgian Special B

  • 3.00 lbs Dry Dark Extract

    Dry Dark Extract

    Used predominantly in the production of dark beers such as milds, browns, porters, and stouts.

  • 3.00 lbs Dry Amber Extract

    Dry Amber Extract

    Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.

  • 1.00 lbs Candi Sugar Dark

    Candi Sugar Dark

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

  • 1.0 oz Cascade - 6.3 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Not sure what this will turn out like, i am throwing together some ingredients that i have laying around, i know its going to be pretty dark so that is why i threw it into the stout category, but who knows whats going ot happen with this.
