Great recipe, though I adjusted up the hops to suit my tastes, making a crisper result. Lagered in primary 2 full weeks, 3 in the secondary then force carbonated in the keg. I couldn't resist trying it the second day after kegging/cooling to temperature! Kudos to the author, as this beer is both refreshing and flavorful. Was initially attracted to the "Hill Country" flavor - as I'm in Austin - but even y'all not blessed enough to live in Texas should enjoy this one!
