Brewed 10/20/08

Brewed it tonight. Everything went according to plan. Initial chill temp was 62F. Pitched a 3 liter starter made from a 1056 propigator. Hopefully it's enough yeast! Efficiency was higher than expected. OG = 1.062 #80
