Perfect Beer to Celebrate the PHILLIES WIN!

This Special Bitter (not truly an ESB - didn't quite hit the gravity mark) is real a treat. Dry and clean with a moderate carbonation level. Earth hops note that is well matched for the traces of caramel in the background. Not overly malty -- a good choice in using the Londaon Ale yeast. A really lovely example of a British-style bitter.

A full-bodied ESB with a great finish

This beauty is holding up very well - nutty caramel notes on teh first gulp, with an earthy woodiness in the warm finish.

Only two left and I'm about to cry!

A very nice ESB right up to the last bottles. Has become "rounder" on the mouth with age and has a smooth finish with a nice woody hop edge. Brew it!
