This one fermented quickly in the primary and spend maybe 10 days in the secondary. After only 2 weeks in the bottle, this beer is AMAZING. Definitely the best I have brewed. One interesting thing is that pumpkin just continues to precipitate out of the beer. Even though it was in solution in the boil, there were a couple inches of pumpkin on top of the yeast in the bottom of the primary. More came out in the secondary, and there continues to be a tiny bit of pumpkiney material in the bottom of the bottles. I'll definitely be brewing this exact recipe again, maybe in a 5 gallon batch, but it might wait until next year.
