Green Helles
Munich Helles • Partial Mash • 10 gal
I brewed this w/ cry havoc yeast and fermented warm - steam style. I used a mix of green powder mix with liquid spirulina. The powder had Kamut, alfalfa, broccoli, and wheatgrass which gave it a nice swampy color. Nice herbal yet sweet flavor which was easy to session - only a minimal amount of corn sweetness
