8/23- Just brewed last night. I will update as I go along. What a great odor in the kitchen last night! 9/13- I am going to up the DME to 3 LBS as to get it some more ABV. Just sampled after secondary. Very floral and citrusy.

    Grown in Washington. A newer multi-use hop with a nice citrus-flower bouquet and medium-high acid content suited for bittering. Used in American Ales and IPAs.

  • .5 oz Cluster - 7.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

So far so good!

I just removed from secondary (9/13)and the FG is 1.010. Very close to target. Tastes very simaler to Sierra Vevade. The cascade dry hop is very tastey. Citrus/floral stands out on the tongue! I will bottle today and update in 3 weeks.
