Aromatic but acceptable for bittering. Medium aroma with floral and citrus tones. Good in medium to dark ales.

  • 1 oz Fuggle - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Fuggle

Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.

    Irish Moss or WHIRLFLOC tablet

  • Wyeast 1056 American Ale™

Outstanding coffee and chocolate nose up front, thick in the mouth but not nearly as creamy as some of similar style. A real flavorful sipping stout.
