After 4 and a half weeks in a plastic primary bucket, I bottled 58 bottles. Drew a little to test and it was very tasty. My goal was to make a hoppy American Brown Ale with honey. I was inspired by a Duck-Rabbit Brown Ale (http://www.duckrabbitbrewery.com/beers.html). Will crack open one of them babies in a week to check for carbonation.

Recently brewed this and turned out really well. A bit on the bitter side using the amarillo for bittering but I liked it. If you don't like alot of bitter use something less than 13.5ª otherwise really nice beer and easy as well.
