A mildly malty and slightly fruity fermentation profile; not as tart and dry as 1098 and much more flocculant. Clears well without filtration.
Notes
Using up 2oz of Amarillo hop plugs I bought. I also had 4 lbs of Muntons Dry (Plain Light) Extract. 10 EBC. This is a small batch experiment in 3 gallons to test process/flavor. Use 1lbs of extract in first 40 minutes of boil, add the additional 3 lbs in the last 20 minutes. Follow the hop timing.
