Brewing this weekend, All ingrediants match with what Sierra uses, OG is a little high but final gravity is real close, Alcohal content is also higher than their Anniversary Ale.

From Northern California. This strain is more fruity than WLP001, and slightly more flocculant. Attenuation is lower, resulting in a fuller bodied beer than with WLP001.
Notes
Bring 2 gal water to 158* or rolling boil - Add grain to grain bag and add to water for 45 minutes - Remove and drain - Add 1 gal of water to wort and bring to light boil - Add DME and Chinook bittering hops for 60 min - with 25 min left add Cascade aroma hops and Irish Moss to bag and add pour in honey as you stir - once done pour and strain wort into bucket - Siphon or use spout to add to fermenter with 2 gal of water in in - top off with water to desired fill level(middle of the bevel) - Cool to 65-70* and pitch yeast, let ferment for 5-12 days based on activator movement - Siphon and strain into bottling bucket and add 3/4 cup bottling sugar dissolved in water - bottle or add to keg and let carbonate and cure for 1 week minimum(the longer the better), chill to desired temp and Enjoy!
