Most of the fermentable sugar is from the juice and fruit, so all calculations are off. I'm guessing its about 12-15 abv.

Classic yeast, used to produce champagne, cider, dry meads, dry wines, or to fully attenuate barley wines/ strong ales. Can tolerate alcohol concentrations up to 17%. Neutral.
Notes
No water used. These were used instead: 4 gallons of apple juice 1 gallon of cranberry juice Boiled the coriander, sugar, and apple slices for 10 minutes in apple juice before adding.
