Ingredients (Partial Mash, 5 gal)

Weizens. Improves head retention in all beers. Contributes spicy flavor. Protein rest required.

For the past two summers, I have brewed this beer. It is refreshing and flavorful. Many new to homebrew have overcome their initial hesitance and have enjoyed this beer. They then are eager to try other homebrews.
