Straw-blondey

Straw-blondey

Blonde Ale • Partial Mash • 5 gal

swib

This was my first attempt to mimic Pete's Wicked Strawberry Blond. I just used frozen strawberries and did not cook them (too afraid to activate the natural pectins) or control for possible contamination in any other way. It seems to have worked ok. If I can find them, I plan to use frozen pasteurized berries next time.
