  • 0.21 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 1.45 lbs Crystal Malt 20°L

    Crystal Malt 20°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 0.15 lbs Pacific Northwest Wheat

  • 3.44 lbs Extra Pale; Morgans

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • 4.95 lbs Dry Amber; Muntons

  • 0.10 lbs Lyle's Golden Syrup
