  • 5 lbs German Wheat Malt Light

    Typical top fermented aroma, produces superb wheat beers.

  • 3 lbs Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • .5 oz Hallertauer Mittelfrüher - 4.6 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Hallertauer Mittelfrüher

    Fine, 'Noble'.

  • .25 oz Hallertauer Mittelfrüher - 4.6 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    Fine, 'Noble'.

  • Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen™

    Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen™

    Unique top-fermenting yeast which produces the unique and spicy weizen character, rich with clove, vanilla and banana. Best results are achieved when fermentations are held around 68F.

I USED A PILS. DME. THERE WAS no OPTION FOR THIS.
