Hey Porter, Hey Porter

Hey Porter, Hey Porter

Brown Porter • Extract • 5 gal

Reaper

After two weeks in the bottle, this turned out to be an excellent rich, malty Porter. The brown sugar adds a nice subtle sweetness that is well balanced by the hops.

I brewed this according to the recipe above, only substituting Northern Brewer hops for the Challenger because I can't get those locally. This is indeed a good porter recipe, very drinkable with good malt flavor. Recommended!
