An interesting summer brew

The Golden Naked Oats really provides great head retention. The grains tasted like Grape Nuts to me, but even with a full pound, the nutty flavor in the finished beer is very subtle. The only flaw I see is chill haze. The beer is crystal clear at room temperature. Looks like I need to add a protein rest to my mash schedule. I've gotten rave reviews by everyone that has tried this beer.
