So far so good-

Still has a slight hint of bitterness but it is just about to be there as an all out easy drinking beer. Neighbor and his wife had some this weekend and they really enjoyed it. This is the first time I've used these hop varities and they seem to work just fine. The santium and sterling give it the classic hints of a pilsner while made with ale yeast. I think I'll try another ale like this fermented at lager temps. Certainly doesn't take as long as a traditional lager with this method.
