Fruitier and more flocculant than 1056, slightly nutty, soft, clean, slightly tart finish.
Notes
First hop add is actually Summit (used Warrior since Summit not listed in ingredients menu) Actual original gravity when brewed was 1.090. Final gravity was 1.020. Dry-hopped for 2 weeks then oaked with 2 oz of toasted oak chips for 2 weeks.
