  • 1.25 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • .3125 lbs British Crystal 55°L

    British Crystal 55°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, adds mouthfeel and head retention. For pale or amber ales.

  • 2.5 lbs Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • .3125 lbs Torrified Wheat

    Torrified Wheat

    Helps head retention and mouthfeel, used in some pale ales.

  • 1 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 65 min

    East Kent Goldings

    Mild, slightly flowery.

  • .5 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    East Kent Goldings

    Mild, slightly flowery.

  • .5 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 5 min

  • Wyeast 1098 British Ale™

    Wyeast 1098 British Ale™

    From Whitbread. Ferments dry and crisp, slightly tart, fruity and well-balanced. Ferments well down to 65F.

Left out 1 oz Malto Dextrin. Mashed at 150, fly sparge at 168.
