Very clear despite some residual yeast action on top after 13 days. Been a nice, steady ferment at around 60-63 degrees. Gone to glass 2ndry tonight. Darker than expected.

A nice hybrid with a good sharp bite

This steamer is turing out nicely. Not my favorite style, but a nice flavorful lager with a sharp, hoppy bite. Northern Brewer aroma is strong and full. Nice head with good retention. Some chill haze (from the rye, I guess.) A good, flavorful drinnk.
