kind of new to brewing. brewed two batches of this recipe one fermented with ale yeast(1/24/08) one with lager(1/30/08)(country bock). will tell how turns out.

  • 0.5 lbs American Caramel 40°L

  • 6.6 lbs Premier Gold Liquid

    A light- to medium-bodied lager or ale of yellow to gold color.

  • 3 lbs Honey

  • 1 lbs Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Generally a neutral flavor, used to reduce maltiness of beer. Produces beer with a milder, less malty flavor. Uses: Primarily for light Bohemian and Pilsner lagers.

  • .5 oz Cascade - 6.3 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
