2nd attempt at the spotted cow, 1st was good but i believe this will be very close.

Ingredients (Partial Mash5 gal)

  • 1.5 lbs American 2-row

    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 3.3 lbs Liquid Light Extract

aroma is ok, appearance is great, flavor nice, more hops needed. body is supper, balaced very nice, and drinkability is out of beer, overall I would say very nice beer but needs more hopd to bring it closer to spotted cow, but were getting there.

You say this needs more hops? What would you increase? I've been looking for a Spotted Cow clone and am hoping to give this one a try.
