In the making

I do not mean for this to be used yet. I am in the process of deciding on what ingredients to use and the little details. I just brewed a batch of another beer, you can check out the details of that one, I called it Sunken Shark (under lite American lager). It will probably be a couple of weeks before I brew this one. I will update when I do. Thanks for looking.

I have put this recipe on hold, because I decided to brew an Irish Red instead. This recipe will not be used for at least a month or two.

Great IPA

I'm considering this a success and am very happy with the result. It's very hoppy with nice head retention. However since I am a hops guy I would love for it to be even more hoppy, so next time I'm going to dry hop it. Give it a go you'll be happy you did.
