  • 1 lbs Crystal Malt 60°L

    Crystal Malt 60°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

  • 1 lbs Peat Smoked Malt

    Peat Smoked Malt

    Imparts a robust smokey flavor and aroma. Use in Scottish ales and Wee Heavies.

  • 1 lbs Roasted Barley

    Roasted Barley

    Sweet, grainy, coffee flavor and a red to deep brown color. For porters and stouts.

  • 2 lbs Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 1 lbs Dry Amber Extract

    Dry Amber Extract

    Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.

Semi-Step mashed the grains, grains into 130F water, 30min @ 150F, 15min @ 158F, mash out 170F. Full 60min boil on the honey. Dark, Smokey, not heavy
